Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how plans end, how cancellation works and when you are eligible for a refund. It applies to learner and creator plans bought on Learnexai.
1. One-off payments, no automatic charges
Every Learnexai plan is a single payment for a fixed period (for example 1, 6 or 12 months). When the period ends, access stops. We never charge your card again unless you choose to buy another plan.
2. Cancellation
Because there are no repeat charges, you do not need to cancel anything to avoid future payments. If you no longer want your plan, you can request cancellation and a refund under section 3, or simply let the period run out. You can also delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).
3. Refund eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in these cases:
- Change of mind: you request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date and you have opened no more than two lessons (excluding free previews) during that time. You receive a full refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: you were charged twice for the same plan or charged the wrong amount. You receive a refund of the extra amount, at any time.
- Payment taken but no access: your payment was confirmed but your access was not activated and we could not fix this within 2 business days.
- Major service failure: the Service was unavailable for a significant part of your access period because of a fault on our side. We refund the affected part of your plan or extend your access, as you prefer.
Outside these cases, plans are not refundable once the 14-day window has passed or once more than two lessons have been opened, because the digital content has been supplied.
4. Downloaded resources
Some lessons include files you can download (for example PDFs or project files). If you download lesson resources, this counts as opening that lesson for the purpose of section 3. Downloaded content cannot be returned, so a plan becomes non-refundable for change of mind once resources from more than two lessons have been downloaded.
5. Your statutory rights
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. When you buy a plan, you ask us to start your access immediately and acknowledge that the right to withdraw ends once supply has begun. Our change-of-mind refund in section 3 is offered in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have if content is faulty or not as described.
6. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] or use the contact form (topic "Billing or refund") from the email address on your account.
- Include your payment reference (shown on your invoice and in Membership & billing).
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original card within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take up to 10 further business days to show it.
When a refund is issued, access bought with that payment ends.
7. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a card dispute.
