Membership & payments
What does a membership include?
Every published course on Learnexai for the length of the plan you buy (1, 6 or 12 months), including lesson resources.
Will I be charged again when my access ends?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period. When it ends, access stops and nothing else is charged. You can buy another period at any time, and it starts when the current one ends.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are shown in EUR or USD. You pay by Visa or Mastercard on our payment provider's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the situations listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For example, you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not started more than two lessons, or if you were charged twice.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every completed payment has a printable invoice under Membership & billing in your account.
Learning
Do I need to be a certain age?
Yes. Accounts are for people aged 18 years or older.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. Learnexai works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Can I preview a course before buying?
Many courses have free preview lessons marked "Preview". You need a free account to watch them.
Teaching
How do I publish a course?
Create a creator account, buy a creator plan, build your course in the studio and submit it. Our team reviews it against the Content Standards, usually within 2 business days.
Who owns my course?
You do. You give us a licence to host and show it while it is published. See the Creator Terms.
